Note: While we exercise the utmost in professional care and use only the finest equipment and gentlest solvents, sometimes it’s not possible to restore drapes to a “new” condition. Existing damage caused by sun, heat, humidity and air pollution, heavy soiling, watermarks and defects may become more apparent after dry cleaning. We require a customer signature on all drapery services.
*Sketchley cannot accept fiberglass or rubber-backed drapery for cleaning. We cannot pleat sheer fabric curtains or unpleated drapes.
Feather Pillows
Sketchley offers specialized pillow cleaning service that restores any type of feather pillow to nearly new condition. Includes removal of feather dust, deodorization and sanitization using ultraviolet light to kill microorganisms, “fluffing up” of feathers. Feathers are then re-housed in brand-new ticking (a 100% cotton covering). During cleaning, feathers do not come into contact with water or dry cleaning solvent. Service requires 4 business days.
